Trying to Throw the Bus Under the Bus

Danny Tarkanian, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Nevada, raised a stink about GOP opponent Sue Lowden’s campaign bus, claiming Lowden violated the byzantine labyrinth of stupid, useless, ineffective, costly, burdensome campaign finance laws that any true conservative ought to be fighting against, not hiding behind.

Then again, we’re talking about Danny Tarkanian.

Tark Over Angle? Really?

Conservative blogger Erick Erickson of RedState.com has endorsed Danny Tarkanian in the Nevada U.S. Senate race and has caught a bit of flak for it by conservatives who point out that Sharron Angle is a far more reliable and proven conservative than Tark. In a blog post on Friday, Erickson admits that he likes Angle “a lot” and believes she’s “one of us,” however….

Danny & the Ambulance Chasers

G. Dallas Horton & Associates is one of those ambulance-chasing, slip-and-spill personal injury law firms that conservatives generally have particular disdain for. GDH solicits customers on its website with this pitch: “Let our law firm take the burden off of you and put it where it belongs – on the person responsible for your pain and suffering.”

According to the Wild, Wild Law blog, here’s an example of GDH trying to put the blame where it belongs from a case decided a little over a year ago:
